The Archik house invites us to experience the art of living in a country setting.
The pink house
ARCHIK signs a new renovation at the gates of Paris. In a bucolic setting, this turn-of-the-century house was the ideal setting for a renovation project that took into account history and materials, carried out by ARCHIK and architect Baptiste Legué (ABL).
The aim was to give this dollhouse a more contemporary functionality, while preserving its original charm. The interior layout was completely rethought and the volumes enlarged. An extension in brick cladding opened by a large glass roof on the outside brings modernity and light to the house.
Inside, the light and velvety colors set the tone. Custom-made woodwork in okoume, natural & pink travertine, light blonde parquet and looped carpeting dress this warm family cocoon.
Agence ARCHIK, the concept
ARCHIK is a new kind of agency that puts architecture back at the centre of real estate, offering a collection of properties ‘to live in’ or ‘to restore’, carefully selected for their personality or their potential.
This is no stereotypical real estate agent but rather unique profiles, born of creation, art or cinema.
