We are consummate professionals and work only with the most rigorously selected providers. Despite all our efforts, problems may occur. In this case, call us and our customer service team straight away and we will take care of your delivery problem.
Postal
Postal services are used (collissimo, Chronopost, TNT, Fedex etc.) for small articles. This service also offers a date of delivery. In case of absence the package is collectible from the post office.
It will be necessary before placing your order to check the dimensions of your package, displayed on the page “technical info” of the product. Also think ahead of the stairs and common corridors. The delivery of hoists is not included, however you can contact us to obtain a quote for this additional additional service.
It is not possible to avoid the cost of delivery. Our logistics service, based in Maurepas (78), delivers all the shipments. It is therefore not possible for you to pick up the order yourself.
Delivery Time
The average time for delivery is variable:
– If the article is “available”, this means that it will reach you, after processing of your order (validation and regulation), in an average time of 7 to 14 business days.
– If the selected item is not “available”, the delay will be indicated on the site during the validation of your order, to which you should add the time of the order processing and delivery (7 to 14 days). You will be asked for a deposit to reserve the item (50 per cent of the total amount of the order + port charges). When it is be available we will contact you to finalize your order (payment of the balance before shipment of the order).
The time it takes for items to become available may vary according to the item; these are indicated on each product sheet (excluding delivery time).
If the average delivery time shown during the submission of your order is exceeded without notification from us, we invite you to contact us for more information.
All items from a particular order will be delivered at the same time. If one of the articles ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will await its restocking in order to deliver the whole order together, unless you indicate otherwise.
Costs of deliveries
We want you to have precise information as to the cost of delivery:
For each purchase, we will tell you the cost of transport when the order is placed. This is calculated based on the location of delivery, the weight of the products ordered and the service chosen. The total shipping charge will be indicated in the shopping cart and will be submitted to the Client for approval prior to the validation of the basket (for metropolitan France). To obtain an estimate beforehand, the Client may proceed to a simulation of its purchases on the Site. In all cases, this indication remains estimated and only the price used during validation of the basket has contractual value except in special exceptions, such as due difficulty in delivery or special modes of delivery that can generate additional costs (e.g. : rental of a goods lift).

Premium
The Premium Service includes:
Making of appointments in order to customize the delivery (day, date and time slot). For the bulky articles the delivery is carried out by two people. To Paris and the Paris region the making of appointments, is focussed on Wednesdays all day and Saturday morning.
Service includes the delivery of the goods up to your home, lifted to upper floors (verification of access required), setting up the legs and recovery of packaging.
Not included in this service level: moving of other furniture or objects, disassembly of doors of the home or other fixed elements, removal of old furniture (available on quotation).

Standard
The STANDARD service provides the delivery of your order to the foot of your building or home. You will be contacted by phone for an appointment. It is carried out by a single delivery person. The article is delivered on a palette (for the bulkier items) unpacked. The packaging is not taken away.
